PICS - Perpetual Inventory Control System
The FiNAC PICS(Perpetual Inventory Control System) does Ensure that your inventory on the head office server is randomly tailed with all outlets and stores, This is done by a random stock count before opening hours and closing hours at your outlets and stores by auditors using a handheld RFID/barcode scanning reader, The reader adds up the stock for a particular reference (barcode/RFID) and tallies with the stocks count held in the head office sever and PICS also records real-time transactions of stock received into an outlet/stores and tallies against the sold stock.
